5. Merchant and Partner Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate food safety and handling standards
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly

6. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled through Flutterwave and other approved payment processors. By making purchases through Zovack:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• You agree to pay all charges incurred on your account
• Prices may vary by location and include applicable taxes
• Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days

7. Communication and Support

Zovack uses automated systems including Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp APIs to provide customer support. By using our service, you consent to:

• Receiving order updates and service notifications
• Automated responses for common inquiries
• Marketing communications (which you can opt out of)
• Customer service communications through various channels

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Zovack services for:

• Illegal activities or prohibited items in your jurisdiction

• Merchant product quality or service delivery
• Delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control

• Actions or inactions of delivery partners or merchants

Users agree to indemnify and hold Zovack harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved according to the laws of Nigeria, with alternative dispute resolution methods preferred where possible. For users in other jurisdictions, local consumer protection laws may apply.

Zovack reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Zovack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
